Because I know that I could never read 100 in a year (last year I believe I managed 38, which is close to my 50 target, but not it, so boo.)
ps. Those struck through are the books that I've actually read, whereas the unstruck ones I am currently reading. The list also includes books read for academic purposes, alongside those read purely for pleasure.
